Location for Saturday’s Car Show

Grass lot north of the H-58/M-28 roundabout in Munising

(Look for signage and volunteers in yellow shirts)

If you’re heading into town for the Munising Bay Car Show—whether you’re showing a car, volunteering, or just stopping by to check it out—we want getting there to be the easy part.

For Show Participants

Registration runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

When you arrive, follow signs for Car Show Entrance near the H-58 and M-28 roundabout.

Volunteers will be stationed at the entrance to guide you to your assigned spot. Please arrive with enough time to park, register, and get settled before judging begins at 11:00 a.m.

Note: Cars must remain on-site to be judged. If you leave early, you won’t be eligible for awards.
The first 120 vehicles to register receive dash plaques.

For Spectators

Public parking is available in marked lots along M-28 and Elm Avenue. Please follow signage and watch for event volunteers directing traffic. Overflow parking may be available at nearby businesses or public lots—we’ll have signs up if things fill quickly.

Handicap-accessible parking will be clearly marked and located near the main entrance.
There is no fee for spectator parking.

Cruise Staging Area – Friday

If you’re joining the Friday Cruise to Grand Marais, line-up begins at 12:00 p.m. at the car show lot north of the roundabout on M-28. Volunteers will be on-site to assist, and we roll out promptly at 1:00 p.m.

General Tips

Watch for signage throughout the weekend—our volunteers work hard to keep things flowing.
Carpool if you can, especially on Saturday. We want to make room for everyone.

Be patient—we're a small town with a big crowd this weekend.
